I'm working out every morning now to reign in my new found French companion (my midsection). French food is sneaky rich, and if you eat it like an American at a Chinese Hog trough, you'll blow up.

My next trip to France will be specifically to find the fount of each of the Mother Sauces. But I'll be more measured in my uptakes.
